Seabreeze Evening Menu
Tapas plates consist of "little bites" or snacks to enjoy whilst enjoying the view from the Sea Breeze Terrace. We have also included main courses from our grill for those of you.
Tapas Selection
Minimum of two selections
- Spiced breaded calamari rings, tomato coulis and tartar sauce
- Smoked duck breast, potato tortillas, assorted sauces
- Oysters wrapped in bacon, spicy sweet and sour sauce
- Chicken breast and avocado salad, red pepper mayonnaise
- Golden fried fish croquette, mango salad, curry sauce
- Meat kebab with Oriental spices, Arabic bread, cumin potato salad, ginger and yogurt sauce
- Tuna carpaccio, anchovy sauce, black olive tapenade
- Shell-less mussel casserole in a red spicy sauce
- Vegetable "parmigiana" with cannellini bean mousse, mozzarella cheese, fresh tomato-basil concasse
- Lamb "bites" with soya-honey sauce, sautéed spinach, onion rings
- Octopus cassoulet, balsamic vinegar, garlic and parsley sauce
- Pork sausage gratin with mozzarella cheese and rosemary focaccia
- Fresh seafood salad with grape tomatoes, avocado, citronette dressing

- Mixed Grill of lamb chop, pork ribs wild boar sausage, beef tenderloin and veal paillard

- Toroncino parfait, enriched with nougat and praline, covered with hazelnut, served with chocolate sauce
- Orange sorbet in a natural orange shell
- Limoncello tartufo. Fresh lemon ice cream with Limoncello liqueur, covered with meringue "sprinkles"
- Chocolate profiteroles. Puff pastry filled with chantilly creamand rolled in chocolate mousse
- Chocolate tartufo with a zabayon cream centre, crushed hazelnuts and cocoa powder
- Chocolate fondue, with fresh fruit to dip - Minimum of two people
